We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work at FanFair:
🛍️ Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Final Sale items (including clearance and limited releases) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags and/or certificates of authenticity included.

Any items showing wear, damage, or residue (makeup, deodorant, fragrance, stains) will be sent back to you.
- 15% restocking fee on all returns
📦 How to Return

Place your invoice inside the return package.

Clearly mark the items you are returning for faster processing.

Ship using a trackable service (USPS, UPS, FedEx). FanFair is not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit.

Returns are inspected and processed within 1–3 business days after arrival.

You’ll receive a refund confirmation email once processed. Posting times vary by payment provider.

Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your order qualified for free shipping and you return it, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

All returns must be securely packaged — memorabilia should be well protected. Poorly packaged returns may be refused or incur a restocking fee.

High or frequent return activity may result in future order limitations.

FanFair reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet policy requirements.
🌍 International Returns

Free return shipping is not available for international orders.

All return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

FanFair is not responsible for international customs delays or carrier issues once the order leaves the U.S.
