Refund & Return Policy

FanFair LLC is the merchant of record for all purchases made through this website. We handle all refunds and returns directly.


1. Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)

Customers may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the item has not yet shipped.
To request a cancellation, please email cameron@shopfanfair.com with your order number and the subject line “Order Cancellation Request.”
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If the order has already been processed for shipment, customers may follow the return process below after delivery.


2. Returns for Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Products

We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

Return Method: Returns are accepted by mail only.

How to Request a Return:
Please contact us at cameron@shopfanfair.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. Our team will provide detailed return instructions.

Return Label Process:
Customers are responsible for generating their own return shipping label. A prepaid label is not included in the original shipment.

Who Pays Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs for defective, incorrect, or damaged items are covered by FanFair LLC. We will reimburse your reasonable shipping cost once the return is received and verified.

Return Deadline:
All defective or damaged item returns must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

Used Products:
Used or altered items cannot be accepted for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refund Processing Time:
Refunds are issued within 1–3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refund of Original Shipping Costs:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Method:
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

3. Returns for Customer Remorse (Wrong Item Ordered, Doesn’t Fit, Changed Mind)

We accept returns for customer remorse under the following conditions:

Return Method: Returns are accepted by mail only.

How to Request a Return:
Email cameron@shopfanfair.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will reply with return instructions.

Return Label Process:
Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label. Return labels are not provided or included in the original shipment.

Who Pays Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on all remorse-based returns.

Return Deadline:
Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

Used Products:
Items must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories included. Used products will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee applies to all remorse-based returns.

Refund Processing Time:
Refunds are issued within 1–3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refund of Original Shipping Costs:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping and is later returned, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund total.

4. International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. FanFair LLC is not responsible for delays or issues that occur after international shipments leave the United States.
