At FanFair, we are committed to providing a seamless and timely shipping experience for all of our customers. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processes, timelines, and options.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed during pre-sale events may take longer to process as we work to fulfill each order following the signing event. We strive to ensure that all items, including autographed memorabilia, are shipped promptly once they are authenticated and ready.
2. Shipping Times
We ship all orders using industry-standard methods, and delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days, while international orders may take longer due to customs processing. Please note that shipping times may vary for pre-sale signings, as items will be shipped after the signing and authentication process is complete.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You will be provided with a shipping cost estimate at checkout. We offer a range of shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping, to meet your needs.
4. Pick-Up Option for Fans
For those who prefer to pick up their memorabilia in person, we offer the option to collect your signed items at a future game or event. If this option is available for your order, you’ll be given the details at checkout. Please make sure to choose this option if you want to pick up your memorabilia directly from the event.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
While we take great care in packaging and shipping your items, sometimes things happen. If your order arrives damaged or if you experience any issues with shipping, please contact us immediately at realfanfair@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the situation and ensure your satisfaction.
7. International Shipping
We ship internationally to many countries. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply. These charges are not included in the shipping cost at checkout and are determined by your country’s regulations.
8. Pre-Sale Signing Items
For items purchased during pre-sale signings, please note that these items will be shipped after the signing event has occurred and the memorabilia is authenticated. We will send you a notification once your item is on its way. Shipping times may vary based on the event date and volume of orders, but typically will be shipping out 2-5 days after the event is finished and items are all authenticated.
