Track Your Order
FanFair LLC partners directly with trusted brand partners to fulfill and ship your orders. Many items are shipped directly from our approved partners through Shopify Collective, and each shipment includes tracking information once it has been dispatched.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to view the status of your shipment.
If your order includes products from multiple brands, you may receive separate tracking emails and tracking numbers for each package.
To track your order:
- Find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email you received.
- Enter your tracking number in the tracking field or link provided below, or click the tracking link in your email.
- You may also log in to your FanFair account (if created at checkout) to view your order history and tracking information.

Carriers We Use
Depending on the brand fulfilling your order and your delivery location, shipments are typically handled by one or more of the following carriers:
- UPS
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- FedEx
- DHL (for select international orders)
The tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email will automatically direct you to the correct carrier’s tracking page.
Haven’t Received Your Tracking Information?
If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please follow these steps:
- Check your email inbox, including your spam, junk, and promotions folders, for an email from cameron@shopfanfair.com.
- Confirm that your payment was successfully processed and that you received an order confirmation email.
- If it has been more than 3 business days and you still have not received tracking details, contact our support team using the information below.
